Objective:To make systemic morphological observation for 12 pollen samples of Lonicera L.from different habitats and provide a reference for pharmacognostic identification and classification based on the character comparisons.Methods:The scanning electron microscope (SEM)was applied to observe the morphological characteristics and gauge the size and density of external spine while the pollen size was measured by means of optical microscope,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software.Results:Numerical features of pollens of same species from different habitats were broadly similar in contrast with interspecific differences.Conclusion:Application of Numerical Taxonomy of Pollen Morphology combined with statistical analysis can provide a basis for pharmacognostic identification and classification of Lonicera.%目的:对忍冬属不同产地12个样本的花粉形态进行系统观察,以期在表观性状比较的基础上,为忍冬属花类药材的鉴别及分类提供依据。方法:利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察花粉形态、表面纹理,测量花粉表面刺突的大小和密度;利用光学显微镜测量花粉的大小,获得花粉形态特征数据,并用 SPSS20.0软件进行分析。结果:忍冬属同种不同产地的花粉形态数量化特征大体相近,但种间的花粉特征均有一定差异。结论:将花粉形态数量化并结合统计学分析可为忍冬属花类药材的鉴别和分类提供参考依据。
