目的 探讨员工援助计划服务对临床护士职业倦怠的影响.方法 采用团体辅导和个体心理咨询对104名临床护士提供员工援助计划服务.干预前后采用职业倦怠量表进行测评.结果 干预后临床护士低个人成就感维度得分高于干预前;情感衰竭和去人格化维度得分低于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对临床护士提供员工援助计划服务可以缓解其职业倦怠,有益护士个体的身心健康,促进护理人才队伍的稳定发展.%Objective To explore the effect of staff assistance program on clinical nurses' job burnout. Methods A staff assistance program was started and implemented by group counseling and individualized mental counseling for 104 clinical nurses. The job burnout scale was used to investigate their job burnout before and after the intervention. Result The score on"low personal achievement"score was higher than that before intervention, and the scores on"emotional failure"and"de-personalization"were lower than those before intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion The employee assistance program for clinical nurses can alleviate their job burnout.
