Objective To study the effect of reconstructed disinfection flowsheet on the management of regional disinfection and supply center� Method The disinfection flowsheet for the regional disinfection and supply center was reconstructed by way of checking,quality control and management of sterile articles� Result The monthly loss rate of instruments and the qualification rate of sterile articles after the reconstruction were both significantly lower than those before the reconstruction(all P < 0�001)� Conclusion The reconstructed disinfection flowsheet is effective for the improved quality of sterile articles and the reduction of loss in instruments�% 目的探讨流程再造在区域性消毒供应中心管理中的应用效果。方法对区域性消毒供应中心管理流程进行再造，包括加强物品的清点与核对、无菌物品的质量管理、物流管理等。结果流程再造后月平均丢失器械率低于流程再造前；无菌物品使用合格率高于流程再造前，流程再造前后比较，差异具有统计学意义（均 P ＜0�001）。结论流程再造对保证无菌物品的质量和减少器械损失具有积极的意义。
