The higher education equity is the important base of society equity,its coordinated development is the important power of the economic and social coordinated development. The comprehensive development of country in the case of significant difference between provinces in China,we use panel data of national economy,education and social equity to compare the deviation between higher education development index,economic development index,so-cial equity index and national average,the research primarily confirmed that using higher education coordinated de-velopment to promote the economic development and social equity,also find that existing six coordinated development types of higher education,economy and social equity,municipal cites and municipalities in China,so the government should optimize the essential structure in accordance with the provincial higher education coordinated development, then to achieve the collaborative development of higher education,economy and social equity.%高等教育公平是社会公平的重要基础，高等教育协调发展是促进经济社会协调发展的重要动力。在我国综合发展存在显著省域差异的情况下，利用国家经济、教育、社会公平三类分省面板数据，对省际间的高等教育发展指数、经济发展指数和社会公平指数与全国均值的离差进行比较，证实高等教育协调发展对经济发展、社会公平具有一定促进作用，同时发现我国省区市高等教育与经济、社会公平之间存在六种协调发展类型。政府应根据省域高等教育发展的协调性情况优化要素结构，最终促进高等教育、经济和社会公平的协同发展。
