There are many different viewpoints on the nature of educational management science.We examine the nature of educational management science by three dimensions which are education or management discipline,the humanities or social science,applicable or academic,and find that educational management science is a management discipline whose study objects and contents are highly educational which belongs to applicable social science.% 关于教育管理学的性质，学界有诸多观点并形成争论。教育管理学的性质，可以从“教育学科还是管理学科、人文科学还是社会科学、应用学科还是理论学科”三个维度进行审视。教育管理学是一门研究对象和研究内容高度教育化的管理学科，它归属于应用性社会科学。
