走进新时代:我国中小学信息技术教育的历史成就、问题挑战与改革策略

         

摘要

As a young member of the primary and secondary curriculum system,Information Technology(IT)is continuously enriched and improved with social development and technological progress.The article reviewed the development history of IT education in China and summarized three stages,including the early computer education,computer application education,and IT education.Each phase has its own different educational focus which reflects not only the technical development characteristics but also the IT education value orientation,thus leaving a deep imprint on the development of IT curriculum at each stage.The paper analyzes the current situation of the development of IT education in primary and secondary school in China from aspects of IT teaching conditions,faculty and discipline integration.Meanwhile,the policy orientation of IT education reform is proposed based on the challenges of IT education in the new era.%信息技术作为中小学课程体系中的年轻一员,正随着社会发展和技术进步而不断地丰富和完善.文章梳理了我国中小学信息技术教育的发展历程,总结了早期计算机教育、计算机应用教育以及信息技术教育等三个阶段.每个阶段各有其不同的教育重点,这些重点既反映了不同历史阶段的技术发展特征,也反映了信息技术教育的不同价值取向,因而为每个阶段的信息技术课程发展打下了深深的时代烙印.文章从信息技术教学条件、师资队伍和学科整合等三个方面分析了我国中小学信息技术教育发展现状,同时基于新时代信息技术教育面临的挑战,提出了信息技术教育改革的政策取向.
