针对当前高校教学质量评价精度低的难题,为了提高高校教学质量评价的可靠性,提出基于证据理论和支持向量机(DS-SVM)相融合的高校教学质量评价模型.建立高校教学质量评价指标,并收集高校教学质量评价样本,分别通过支持向量机对专家、同行、学生的评价结果进行估计,采用证据理论对专家、同行、学生的评价结果进行有效融合,获得高校教学质量最终评价结果.实验结果表明,该模型可以获得较高精度的高校教学质量评价结果,比对比模型评价结果更加可靠,可以应用于实际的高校教学质量评价改革中.%In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of college teaching quality evaluation,a college teaching quality evaluation model based on DS evidence theory and support vector machine(DS-SVM)is put forward. The index of college teach-ing quality evaluation was established. The sample of college teaching quality evaluation is collected. The evaluation effects of ex-perts,colleagues and students were evaluated,and fused effectively with evidence theory to obtain the final result of college teaching quality evaluation. The experimental results show that the model can obtain high-accurate evaluation results of college teaching quality,its evaluation result is more reliable than that of the contrast model,and can be applied to the reformation of college teaching quality evaluation.
