基于物联网RFID技术的导引系统设计与研究

         

摘要

In order to meet the characteristics of modern material handling system and overcome the shortcomings of tradi-tional barcode technology,the RFID technology of Internet of Things(IoT)is integrated into the AGV automatic guidance sys-tem. The RFID system is adopted to accomplish the storage,reading and data processing of the target material information,in which the node-oriented method is used,and LPC2210 microprocessor is taken as the central control unit. The RFID tag posi-tioning function is utilized to enhance the autonomous guidance capability of AGV. The functions of multi-objective and beyond-visual-range identification,loading and automatic warehousing of materials can be realized and the system flexibility can be im-proved by means of the tag-oriented system. The FlexSim model is used for system simulation. The results show that the system has high efficiency in data acquisition and transmission,and the waiting time of the system is shorter,which improves the work efficiency and economic benefits.%为满足现代物料搬运系统的特点,克服传统条形码技术的缺陷,将物联网RFID技术集成于AGV自动导引系统.采用节点导向法,以LPC2210微处理器为控制核心,由RFID系统来完成目标物料信息的存储、读取和数据处理工作,利用RFID标签定位功能增强AGV的自主引导能力,通过设计标签导向系统,实现物料的多目标、超视距识别以及装载、搬运和自动入库的功能,提高系统的灵活性.最后,利用FlexSim模型进行系统仿真,仿真结果证明该系统获取与传输数据速率较快,系统等待时间较短,提高了工作效率和经济效益.
