分层叠加技术在平衡区组正交表中的适用性研究

         

摘要

结合区组设计的平衡性和组合正交性等特点,分析传统正交表的设计方式和相遇平衡概念的推广方法。引入矩阵象理论,把正交表的分层叠加方法应用在平衡区组正交表中,逐步推算证明并以算例验证该分层叠加技术的适用性,能有效拓展平衡区组正交表的构造技术,保持了分析过程中正交表数据的正交性,并减少试验次数,提高试验效率。%According to the characteristics of the balance and combination orthogonality of the block design,the design method of the traditional orthogonal table and promotion method of meet equilibrium concept are analyzed. The matrix image theory is introduced to apply the layering and superposition method of the orthogonal table to balanced block orthogonal table. The ap⁃plicability of this technology is verified by gradual calculation and certified with a computing instance. The method can effective⁃ly expand the construction technology of the balanced block orthogonal table,maintain the orthogonality of the orthogonal table data in analysis procedure,reduce the test number,and improve the test efficiency.
