基站绿色节能系统的设计与实现

         

摘要

针对通信基站节能减排的需求,给出一款基站绿色节能系统的设计思路,并给出其控制系统的设计与实现。该基站绿色节能系统主要由换热器室内机、换热器室外机、制冷空调机和变频控制系统组成。其中变频控制系统采用DS18B20温度传感器,分别采集基站的室内外温度,通过室内外温差,控制该绿色节能系统的工作。其与外界仅通过冷媒进行热交换,不向室内引进新风,室内侧空气独立循环,因而不会引入外界的杂尘和污染。整个基站绿色节能系统采用变频控制技术,随需要进行调节。实践表明,设计的基站绿色节能系统具有高效节能、绿色环保和稳定性较高等特点,具有较高的实用价值。%A design thought of green energy saving system for base station is given for the energy conservation and emission reduction demand of the communication base station,and design and implementation of the control system are given. The green energy saving system for base station is mainly composed of heat exchanger indoor unit,heat exchanger outdoor unit,refrigera⁃tion air conditioner and frequency conversion control system. The DS18B20 temperature sensor is adopted in the frequency con⁃version control system to respectively acquire the indoor and outdoor temperature of the base station. The running of the green energy saving system is controlled by the temperature difference of indoor and outdoor. The heat exchange between the system and outside world is conducted by the refrigerant. The indoor air is cycled independently without bringing in the air from the out⁃side world,so the outdoor dust and pollution can’t be introduced. The frequency conversion control technology is adopted in the green energy saving system for base station to adjust with the demands. The designed green energy saving system for base station has the characteristics of high energy efficiency,green environmental protection and high stability,and high practical value.
