基于视觉传感的动态高危区域检测与系统构建

         

摘要

动态高危区域的检测、决策发布是智能道路、智能基础设施研究的重要内容。为提高交通实时监控、安全预警及应急疏导,确保交通安全稳定,提出融合宽带无线接入,以拓展现有固网视频接入方式。通过视频图像处理和数据挖掘技术,实现道路灾害气象检测、通数据采集和事件检测,对高危区域的交通运行状况和短时交通流量进行预测,进而给出路网状况评测和交通路网的稳定性分析。通过在高速公路搭建系统进行实验与测试表明,系统实时性好,检测准确度高、误差小,且具有较好的鲁棒性,提高了实现高速公路的智能化管理。%The detection and decision release of the dynamic dangerous area are the important research contents of intelli⁃gence road and intelligence infrastructure. To improve real⁃time supervise,safety early warning and emergency evacuation for transportation,and ensure a traffic safety stability,the broadband wireless connection is put forward to expand the way of the exis⁃ting fixed network video connection. The road disaster weather detection,data acquisition and event detection are carried out with video image processing and data mining technique to predict the traffic condition and the short time traffic flow in the dy⁃namic dangerous area,and then release the road net condition and the stability analysis. Through the experiment and testing re⁃sults of the system built in the expressway show that the system has good real⁃time performance,high detection accuracy,small error and better robustness. It improved the intelligence management of expressway.
