腔体滤波器温度补偿和温度试验

         

摘要

为了减小腔体滤波器随温度变化对性能的影响,利用CST仿真软件对腔体滤波器进行温度分析,并结合ADS软件对该滤波器进行模拟,得出60℃温差下的幅相变化数据和频漂数据。设计了一个采用双导体结构的滤波器,该滤波器盒体为铝合金材料,谐振杆和调谐螺钉为殷钢。通过分析温度试验中误差的影响因素,提出一种较小误差的温度试验方法,并对调试好的滤波器进行温度试验,试验结果显示该滤波器的频漂为5.6 ppm/℃,试验数据跟仿真结果吻合。%In order to reduce the effect of temperature change on cavity filter performance,CST simulation software was em⁃ployed to make the temperature analysis of cavity filter using,and the ADS software was used to carry out simulation of the fil⁃ter. With the above measures,the data of amplitude and phase changes,and frequency drift data were got at 60℃ temperature difference. The bimetal filter with aluminium alloy housing and invar resonators was designed. The factors affecting the error in temperature tests is analyzed. the temperature test method is proposed for a small error. A temperature test for well⁃debugged fil⁃ter was conducted. The experiment result shows that the fielter’s temperature drifting is 5.6 ppm/℃. It is agreed with the simula⁃tion result very well.
