排队叫号系统广泛应用于医院、银行等服务性部门。在现有的医院信息系统（HIS）的基础上，由SPCE061A作为主控芯片，结合取号器、排队主机、大厅LED显示屏、窗口LED显示屏、键盘输入及语音播报等部分构成排队叫号系统的硬件，通过软件编程，完成取号、身份识别、自动叫号、动态数据监控和效率管理等功能从而实现自动排队，有效地解决了医院的排队拥挤现象和插队的问题，改善了就诊流程，提高了工作效率，从而提升了医院的信息化水平和服务质量。%Queuing and calling system has been widely used in various types of service windows of hospitals and banks. Its main components are display,audio part and backstage processing. Based on the available hospital information system(HIS), the queuing system is composed of SPCE061A(as its main control chip),number offering device,queuing host,hall LED dis⁃play,LED window display,keyboard input,voice broadcast and others. With the emergence and growth of the queuing system, it effectively solves the problems of queue jumping,eliminates the phenomenon of congestion,improves efficiency for hospitals, gives customers a convenience and promotes economic growth effectively,which make customers feel like getting a fair treat⁃ment. Now,the tenet of queuing system is the individual service philosophy,effective data handle and real relaxed queuing envi⁃ronment for the customers.
