In order to realize effective message delivery between threads,a realization method of the effective message trans⁃mission between threads is presented on the basis of discussing the concept of process and thread,difference between process and thread,processing mechanism of synchronous and asynchronous,synchronous access technology,soft interrupt technology in Linux. This method can transfer messages in any kind,size and format. It can be determined and controlled completely by im⁃plementation objects,and has better practicability.%为了实现线程间消息的有效传递，在探讨进程和线程的概念、进程和线程的区别、同步和异步处理机制、同步访问技术、Linux下的软中断等技术的基础上，提出一种实现线程间有效传递消息的方法。该方法可以传递任意类型、大小和格式的消息，并且完全由实现者决定和控制，具有较好的实用价值。
