养殖场环境下基于MSP430单片机的 CO2检测仪的设计

         

摘要

设计一种基于MSP430系列单片机的低功耗泵吸式CO2气体检测装置。研究设计中根据CO2传感器EMF(输出电势)和浓度曲线图,考虑养殖场的实际需求状况,通过Matlab仿真拟合出EMF和浓度曲线的关系式,将EMF值放大后送入单片机处理,通过12864液晶实时显示出当前的浓度,同时实现声光报警功能。研究中利用MSP430F249单片机低功耗、功能完善的特点,通过对CO2传感器EMF(输出电势)和浓度曲线图拟合,实现了一套功能丰富,结果精确稳定的CO2检测仪。%A low-power pump suction CO2 gas detector based on MCU in MSP430 series was designed. The relation of EMF and concentration curves was deduced by means of Matlab according to the sensor EMF and concentration curves of CO2,and the actual demand of farms. The enlarged EMF value is sent to the MCU for data processing. The current concentration is dis-played by 12864 liquid crystal. The sound and light alarm function is realized. A CO2 gas detector with abundant functions and high-accuracy was realized by utilizing the low-power consumption and perfect function characteristics of MSP430F249,and fit-ting the relation curves of sensor EMF and gas concentration.
