ADS-B数据链应用风险与对策研究

         

摘要

The data link characters of 1090ES,UAT and VDL Mode 4 of automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast(ADS-B) are introduced in this paper. The application risk of the above three data links in air traffic control is presented in details. The strategies countering the application risk of the above three data links are discussed. It is pointed out that the limitation of the total application quantity of 1090 ES model equipments is the way to solve the question of message lost or message delay owe to 1090 ES data link congestion. The same frequency band interference risk existing in the application of UAT data link can be avoided by the external suppressed input and the self-suppressed output signal interfaces. As for the mutual influence of the fusion of ADS-B 1090 ES and radar control,the accuracy and integrity of the supervision information must be detected before the data acquisition,the misdate of the data acquisition instrument is filtered,the current data and preceding data are com-pared,and the disparity between ADS-B 1090 ES data and radar data is validated so as to provide warning signal.%简述了ADS-B 1090ES,UAT,VDL Mode4的数据链特性,重点介绍了三种数据链在空中交通管制应用中可能面对的风险,探讨了应对风险的策略。针对大规模应用ADS-B 1090ES数据链路拥塞可能造报文成丢失或报文延迟风险,采取限制该型设备使用总量来应对;UAT数据链存在的同频段干扰风险通过设计带有外部抑制输入和自身抑制输出信号接口避免相互干扰;针对雷达管制与ADS-B 1090ES融合互相影响的风险,提出先检测监视信息的精度和完好性后再进行数据采集,滤除采集设备自身产生的错误数据,并比对当前数据和前期数据,确认ADS-B 1090 ES数据与雷达数据不一致时给出告警。
