随着微波技术的广泛发展，空间和地面电磁环境越来越复杂，无线电频谱资源作为公共资源的一种，需要频谱管理部门进行有效的分配和监控。设计了一种频谱监测分析仪，提出了系统的硬件方案与软件方案，研究了几种主要技术，经仿真，该频谱监测系统具有高分辨率、高速度搜索、高速存储及处理的特点，应用前景广泛。% With the development of microwave technology,the space and terrestrial electromagnetic environment becomes increasingly complex,so the radio spectrum resource,as one of public resources,needs effective allocation and monitoring by spectrum management department. Therefore,a spectrum monitoring analyzer with systematic software programs and hardware so⁃lutions is designed in this paper. Also several key technologies are introduced. The simulation results show that the high⁃resolu⁃tion spectrum monitoring system with high⁃speed search,storage and handling capacity will be widely used.
