基于CAN总线的在线更新机制的设计与实现

         

摘要

针对分散型控制系统中终端软件系统升级和维护困难的问题,提出了一种以CAN总线为通信链路的现场在线更新程序机制,采用IAP编程技术,实现了对分散型控制系统中终端系统软件的在线升级。在此给出了系统结构和实现流程,并详细地说明了在LPC11C24微处理器为平台下实现方法。实际应用表明,该设计方法具有高效、高可靠性的特点,可提高分散型控制系统终端系统软件升级的灵活性,大大缩短系统的维护周期、降低维护成本。%  Since it is difficult upgrade and maintain the terminal software system in DCS,an on⁃line upgrade mechanism that takes CAN bus as the communication link is proposed. The on⁃line upgrade of the terminal system software in DCS was rea⁃lized with IAP programming technology. The system structure and implementation process are discussed. A detailed description of implementation method taking LPC11C24 as the platform is given in this paper. The practice application proves that this de⁃sign method has the characteristics of high effectiveness and high reliability,can improve the flexibility of the DCS terminal sys⁃tem software upgrade,shorten the maintenance cycle,and reduce maintenance cost of the system greatly.
