Bio⁃magnetic field detector is used to measure the magnetic field produced by magnetotactic bacteria. Its hard⁃ware part consists of a magnetic field sensor,microcontroller,display components,input block,real⁃time clock and so on. The micro⁃controller gets the intensity of the current direction magnetic field by reading ASIC which matches the magnetic field sen⁃sor. It is displayed on an intuitive human machine interface after some operation. PC is connected through a serial port of micro⁃controller to perform data transmission. This system is used to measure the magnetic field intensity,and its measuring accuracy is up to 0.01 Gauss.
