基于3G网络的输电线路风偏在线监测系统

         

摘要

风偏跳闸越来越严重地威胁到电网的安全,且风偏跳闸时,常常伴有大风和雷雨天气,很难及时判断和查找故障点,给线路的检修带来很大困难.因此,对输电线路风偏的监测显得尤为重要.该系统设计的目的就是设计一种架空高压输电线路的风偏在线监测装置,采用风偏计算公式,准确计算风偏量,再根据风偏量计算出绝缘子串的偏移距离,做到对风偏的准确预警,为风偏防范提供有力保障.一旦发生风偏跳闸便可以迅速地找到故障点,在第一时刻使电路恢复运行.%The trips caused by wind oscillation of suspension insulator strings more seriously threaten the security of electric power system. The wind oscillation trips are usually accompanied by strong winds and thunderstorms when they occur to high voltage transmission lines, so it is difficult for the staff to find the trouble spot and restore it. Therefore, to monitor the angle of wind oscillation is particularly important. An on-line monitoring system for detecting the angle of wind oscillation of high voltage transmission lines was designed. It can accurately calculate the angle of wind oscillation and displacement of suspension insulator strings with the wind oscillation calculation formulas. And then according to the result, the trips of wind oscillation can be precisely estimated, the trouble spot can be determined and the power system will be immediately restored.
