The human resources is the core of an enterprise, whose rational informatization construction is crucial to the development of enterprises. A human resources information management system based on Delphi and Aaccess was put forward and designed in this situation. With Delphi 7, 0 and Access 2000 as development tools, the self-designed information management system of human resources is an easy development, low cost and high-efficient operation system. Especially, it is more suitable for the informatization construction of human resources in small and medium-sized enterprises.
