一种新的大功率激光能量测试系统设计与分析

         

摘要

根据几何光学及物理光学中光的折射和反射理论,通过分析以往实验数据统计出在一定入射角范围内反射率为定值的规律特性,计算了不同偏振态激光和自然光的反射率;根据计算结果并结合本单位实际保障条件,设计了一种新的大功率激光能量测试系统;利用该测试系统对不同波长、不同脉冲能量激光进行了实际测试,发现了自然光与脉冲激光在相同条件下反射率差异,得出了利用该测试系统测试大功率激光脉冲能量时入射角应小于10°的结论.%Based on the light refraction and reflexivity theory of geometrical optics and physical optics, the statistical analysis of the previous experimental data indicate that the reflectivity is a constant value in a certain range of the incident angle. And the reflectivity is also calculated under different states of laser and natural light polarization. The high power laser energy measurement system is designed based on the characteristic with the combination of actual guarantee conditions. The system is utilized to measure the incident laser with different wavelength and pulse energy, and the reflectivity of the natural light differs from that of the pulse laser under the same condition. Finally, a conclusion is drawn that the incident angle should be less than 10°when the incident laser with pulse energy is measured using the proposed test system.
