TD-LTE技术在配用电通信中的应用

         

摘要

为了解决现有电力无线通信系统体制杂乱、不能统一规划、不能有效支撑智能电网新型业务的现实问题,国家电网公司首次采用TD-LTE技术构建新型电力专用230 MHz频段无线通信系统,并在浙江省电力公司搭建实验网.实验网承载用电信息采集、视频监控等电力业务,可大幅提升配用电系统的传输速率、系统容量、覆盖半径以及传输可靠性,显著提升电力专用频段的服务能力,提高电网的互动化水平,为国网公司“坚强智能电网”的通信建设提供技术支撑.%There are many practical problems in current power wireless communication system, including multiple standards, difficulty in carrying out unified planning and supporting new services and so on in smart grid. State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) developed an innovative power wireless communication system based on TD-LTE technology and power industry authorized radio frequency in 230 MHz, and established a trial network in Zhejiang province power company. The trial network mainly supports two power business: electric energy data acquisition and video monitoring, and many parameters such as transmission rate, system capacity, cell radius, and reliability are measured in detail in order to evaluate the feasibility of the innovative power wireless communication system. The TD-LTE 230 MHz power wireless communication system can enhance the spectrum efficiency greatly comparing with 230MHz data radio station and the interaction level of smart grid, which means it can provide strong support for the communication system of smart grid.
