EHF频段回旋行波管放大器的模拟研究

         

摘要

Compared with UHF and SHF bands, EHF band has great advantages in many aspects such as anti-interference, low rate of intercept and minimal interrupt time from the earth to satellite uplink under the circumstance of nuclear explosion at high altitude.Many countries are interested in the application of EHF band.The parasitic oscillation and working magnetic field in TWT are researched and PIC particles are simulated.The effect of both factors (working magnetic field and the transverse-longitudinal velocity ratio) on the amplifier performance is discussed.The PIC simulation results show that the EHF-band gyro-TWT amplifier can generate 370 kW output power at 45 GHz with 39.5 % efficiency and 52 dB gain at 70 kV, 13.5 A electron beam input.%相时于UHF和SHF频段,EHF频段在抗干扰、低的截获率和在高空核爆炸情况下,地球至卫星上行链路具有最小中断时间等方面所显示出的优势,备受各国关注.通过对回旋行渡管中的寄生振荡、工作磁场等问题的研究和PIC粒子模拟,讨论速度比a和工作磁场B对输出功率和增益的影响.PIC粒子模拟表明,在电子注电压为70 kV、电流13.5 A、工作磁场为1.61 T时,EHF渡段基波回旋行波放大器得到370 kW的输出功率、52 dB的增益和39.5%的效率.
