基于Avalon总线的SD卡读写控制器的设计

         

摘要

The SoPC technology proposed by Altera is introduced.A SD card controller that contains both the Master and Slave ports was designed according to Avalon bus specification of SoPC system.It supports the interruption but need not perform CPU intervention, so the SD card RW speed is improved greatly.The core technologies of the design are the time-sequence control of SD card RW controller and the interface between Avalon-MM bus and Nias Ⅱ processor.The controller was validated on DE2 development platform of Terasic Technologies and a quick access of large amount of data was realized.It meets the needs of the general electronic products.%介绍Alera公司提出的SoPC技术,根据SoPC系统Avalon总线规范,设计一种同时包含Master和Slave端口的SD卡读写控制器,无需CPU的干预,并且支持中断,大大提高了SD卡的读/写速度.该设计的核心部分为SD卡读/写时序控制以及Avalon-MM总线与NiosⅡ的接口部分.该控制器在友晶科技DE2开发平台上验证通过,实现了大数据量的快速存取,满足了一般消费类电子需求,具有较大的应用前景.
