MCU控制的光伏电池测试仪设计

         

摘要

In order to obtain the performance parameters of the solar module array, a method of testing the output characteristics of photovoltaic cells by the aid of a numerically-controlled resistor is proposed.The instrument based on numericallycontrolled resistor, high-precision ADCs and MCU is more portable and high accurate, and needs only a short detection time in comparison with the traditional instruments.The prototype was tested in the natural sunlight conditions.The simulation verification for the solar cell model was carried out in the Matlab environment.The results demonstrate that the instrument is the feasible and has high accuracy.%为了检测太阳能组件或组件阵列的各项性能参数,提出一种利用数控电阻测试光伏电池输出特性的方法.测试仪采用数控电阻器、高精度ADC和微控制器结合的方案,与传统的电子负载相比,具有便携、精度高、智能化和测量时间短等特点.利用制作的样机,在自然光照条件下进行了光伏电池测试实验,并在Matlab环境中时光伏电池模型进行了仿真验证.通过样机试验结果和仿真结果比较,结果表明测试仪具有较高的精度.
