The material management is an integral part in the SMT workshop production. The traditional simple warehouse management system can not guarantee the need of modern SMT workshop production. To meet the needs of many varieties and varying volume in the SMT workshop production, according to the requirements of material management in SMT workshop, the SMT workshop material management system is analyzed. The design uses Delphi7 and SQL server 2000 to design and realize a new material management system, which can utilize the warehouse space effectively and meet the needs of flexible manufacturing of SMT.%在SMT车阃生产中,物料管理是不可缺少的一部分,传统简单的仓储管理系统已无法保证现代SMT车间生产的需要.为了满足SMT车间多品种变批量的生产需求,根据SMT车间物料管理的要求,分析了SMT车间物料管理的需求,采用Delphi 7和SQL Server 2000设计实现了一种新的物料管理系统,有效地利用仓库空间,满足SMT柔性制造的需要.
