一种提高示波器线性度的标定方法

         

摘要

为了解决目前数字存储示波器静态线性度不够精确的问题,提出一种标定数字存储示波器零点的方法,给出了得到示波器电平零点、触发零点、电压放大倍数及灵敏度的前期D/A转换值的样本点的流程图,并对其进行了线性分析和关系转换,获得了各个档住的参数标定结果.试验结果表明经过此标定方法得到的零点准确,减小了档位变换误差,提高了示波器线性度.%A zero calibration method of digital storage oscilloscope is introduced to solve the problem of the linearity inaccuracy of the available digital storage oscilloscope. The flow chart of priorperiod DA conversion value sample points of level null-point, trigging zero, voltage magnification factor and sensitivity is given. Its linear analysis and relationship conversion was performed. The calibration results of each scale were achieved. The result show that the null-point obtained by the calibration method is accurate, it can reduce the error caused by the scale conversion and improve the linearity of oscilloscopes.
