一种自动外径测量系统的研究

         

摘要

A high-accuracy contact measuring method for external diameter is proposed. An automatic measuring system for external diameter was set up. This system is mainly applied to the high-precision automatic measurement for external diameter of certain spherical parts, which are supported and located with the sphere detent mechanism. Two high-precision side-ward inductance detecting heads JT-502 is adopted to measure the external diameter. PC 104 VDX6354 microcomputer is employed to read and process data. The corresponding software development is based on VC++ 2005. When measuring. the standard parts is put into the sphere positioning framework and the zero position is set, and then the measured components is also put into it to calculate its external diameter accurately through the addition and subtraction operation method. The precise measurement for external diameter was realized. By repeated experiments the system function has been well validated. The complexity of the system was reduced by addition and suhtraction operation method. A new way to measure the external diameter was provided.%提出了一种高精度接触式外径测量方法,组建了外径自动测量系统.该系统主要用途为某球形部件外径的高精度测量.系统通过球体定位机构对被测部件进行准确地支撑及定位,采用2支JT-502高精度旁向式电感探头两两组合进行外径测量,利用PCI04 VDX6354微电脑实现数据的读取和处理,基于VC++2005开发相应的软件.在测量时,先将标准件放入球体定位机构,并设定零位,再放入被测部件,通过和差演算的方法计算出被测部件的精确外径.该系统实现了球体外径的精确测量,通过重复性实验,系统的功能得到了很好的验证.系统和差演算的方法,减少了系统的复杂性,为测量提供了一种新的思路.
