In order to strengthen university management, proceeding from the perspective of campus management and students' safety, some of some video surveillance equipments are mounted in the important places in the College to monitorthe whole campus. A demonstration testing for the networking mode, layout design of monitoring points> investment and expense was performed according to platform features and platform capabilities, and "Global Eye" video surveillance platform was obtained to monitor the campus environment. The program can not only reduce the initial investment and investment risk, but also play a important role in the management of the College.
