眼镜生产车间信息采集及评价系统

         

摘要

针对眼镜生产车间品质管理仍采用纸质作为信息传递的媒介,存在信息产生、传递方式耗时费力,准确性低,实时性差等问题,采用Android平板电脑为终端并利用Wi-Fi构建现场通信网络,开发C/S结构的眼镜生产车间信息采集及评价系统.结果表明,通过该系统在眼镜厂的运用,企业节省了大量人工成本,提高了生产效率和产品质量.基于Android的车间信息采集系统运行稳定、可靠,可帮助眼镜厂增加产品附加值,提高利润以及市场竞争力.%Quality management for glasses production workshop used to use paper as the transmission medium,which ways of information production and transmission are not only time-consuming and toilsome,but also inaccurate and non-real time and so on.In order to solving such problems,developed a information collection and evaluation program based on C/S structure by using Android terminal and Wi-Fi network to constructing field communication net.It turned out that glasses factory saved labor costs,increase work efficiency to a large extend with this system.Information collection system for glasses production workshop based on Android runs steady and reliably,helps glasses factory to increase added value,profits and raise market competitiveness.
