基于振动疲劳载荷谱的采集与分析技术,采用加速度传感器和应变式传感器,在襄樊汽车试验场和用户实际使用道路上采集了某电控机械式自动变速器关键部位的载荷谱.原始信号经过预处理后,对试验数据进行了时间域、频率域和雨流域统计分析.分析结果表明:新增加的换挡箱体振动幅值较大;载荷峰值频域主要集中在12Hz附近;不同测点的伪损伤值具有相似的统计特征,其结果可用于不同路面载荷谱当量关系分析、疲劳寿命分析等.%Based on the structure fatigue loading spectrum acquisition and analysis technique,acceleration sensors and strain sensors were used to collect the loading spectrum of Automated Mechanical Transmission(AMT) main structure in Xiangfan testing ground and actual road.Then,the statistical analysis of the signal in time domain,frequency domain,and rain basin were presented.The results showed that the new gear shifting box,s vibration amplitude was larger,the peak frequency is mainly concentratedin the 12Hz arround,and the pseudo-damage value of different measuring points were similar.The results can be used in analysis of equivalent relationship of different load spectrum,and the fatigue life analysis would be achieved.
