针对变截面变螺距螺杆的加工过程进行了总结,探索出了一套加工此类螺杆的便捷、可靠和高效的工艺方案。该工艺方案采用SIEMENS NX 8.5软件(简称UG)进行加工建模,编制四轴数控程序,包括加工建模的理念、思路和操作方法,以及四轴数控编程的驱动方法、驱动几何和刀轴方向等。采用Vericut软件对数控程序进行精确仿真;仿真无误后在四轴加工中心上实际加工。经实践证明,该工艺方案的生产效率、可靠性和加工精度均令用户满意。%Summary of the process of the variable pitch and non-circular variable cross-section screw.Explored a convenient ,reliable and efficient processing machining such screw .The set of process use SIEMENS NX 8.5(referred to as UG)modeling,and prepara-tion of a four-axis CNC program.Accurate simulated the CNC programs by Vericut .After simulation,actual processed on machining center .The user is satisfied the efficiency and precision of the technics method .Focuses on the UG modeling and four axis CNC pro-gramming.Including the drive method,drive geometry,the tool axis direction of the four-axis CNC programming.
