采用ANSYS Workbench的超声振动铣刀模态分析

         

摘要

超声振动铣削是集超声加工与铣削加工为一体的复合加工方式,是硬脆性材料加工的一种有效方法,其关键在于铣刀在超声频率范围内获得稳定的振动状态以及达到一定的振幅,从而使超声振动加载之后实现能量利用的最大化.采用ANSYS Workbench软件对超声振动铣刀进行了模态分析,得出它的固有频率和振型图,通过对比找出其理想振型下的自振频率,并改变了铣刀的尺寸,使其固有频率符合设计要求.%Ultrasonic milling is a hybrid machining process combining the material removal mechanisms of ultrasonic machining and milling,which has been cost-effective machining method for hard and brittle materials. It is difficult get the steady vibrational state which the tool in the ultrasonic frequency range, so it make the best of the energy when the ultrasonic vibration is loaded. The result of modal analysis for the tool of the ultrasonic vibration milling is calculated with ANSYS Workbench, it obtained the natural frequencies and modal shapes. By comparing find out the natural frequency and change the size of the tool holder,so that the inherent frequency comfort to the design requirements.
