华电宿州公司SCR供氨液化造成逃逸率突变的原因分析

         

摘要

With the rising atmospheric pollutants bring harm to human existence, our country has taken measures to cut harmful substances emissions emitted by coal-fired power plants such as smoke,Sulfur dioxide,Nitrogen oxides.A period of two 600mw denitration system of An Hui Huadian Suzhou Corporation choose SCR process causing the denitration ammonia escape rate rise in the low temperature situation after technical renovation and put into production. The text analyzes the influences of ammonia temperature and ammonia pressure to the ammonia escape rate and put forward the advice of avoiding the DeNOx liquefied and suggest increasing the ammonia pipe heat tracing along the way.%随着大气污染对人类生存危害不断加剧,国家对火电厂烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物等有害物质进行严格控制。安徽华电宿州发电公司(简称华电宿州公司)一期两台600MW机组脱硝系统采用选择性催化还原(SCR)工艺,改造投产后,在环境温度较低情况下,烟气脱硝过程中逃逸率突变增大。本文主要分析供氨温度、供氨压力等对脱硝氨逃逸率的影响,提出避免脱硝供氨液化的措施,建议增加供氨管道沿途伴热。
