In 2007,the magnetic arc was first successfully applied in the design of “SABC”grind-ing process for Wunugetushan Copper-Molybdenum Mine (Phase Ⅰ)by Changchun Gold Design Institu-te.In 2011,the magnetic arc was further applied in the ball milling classification system for Wunugetus-han Copper-Molybdenum Mine (Phase Ⅱ).The production practice shows that:magnetic arc iron re-moval system design advanced,installation reasonable,iron removal thoroughly,ensure the “SABC”comminution process safety and process flow of stone crusher,greatly improving the operation efficiency of comminution equipment,can create remarkable economic benefits for the enterprise.Magnetic arc iron removal system is a great progress in iron removal technology,has good popularization value in metallur-gy,nonferrous metal and gold mine field.%2007年长春黄金设计院首次将磁力弧除铁技术设计到乌努格吐山铜钼矿一期“SABC”碎磨流程中,并取得了成功,2011年的二期扩建工程中进一步将该技术扩展到球磨分级系统中。生产实践表明:磁力弧除铁系统设计理念先进、安装合理,除铁彻底,确保了“SABC”碎磨流程中顽石破碎机的安全和流程畅通,大大提高了碎磨设备的作业率,可为企业创造显著的经济效益,是我国选矿厂除铁技术的重大进步,在冶金、有色和黄金矿山均有极强的推广价值。
