蛇纹石、绿泥石、滑石的可浮性及抑制方法综述

         

摘要

Magnesian silicate minerals,such as serpentine,talc and chlorite,would usually have a negative effect on the flotation of sulfide minerals.Because of the special physical properties,such that different magnesium silicate minerals,mineral processing characteristics and suppression method is not the same.The research on the effect of magnesium silicate minerals in sulfide ore is mainly concentrated in copper-nickel sulfide ore,and magnesium silicate is usually in the form of co-associated combination.Different magnesium silicate mineral assemblage and different polymetallic sulfide ores are formed,resulting in the unique mineral processing characteristics and performance of each mining area,which increases the difficulty of flotation separation.This paper focuses on the basic nature of serpentine,talc,chlorite,floatability and inhibitors were reviewed and disincentives,intended for different mineral properties can be targeted to select effective inhibitor suppressed.This paper also summarizes the process of beneficiation of polymetallic ores containing magnesium silicate minerals,and provides some reference value for the later study of mineral processing technology of magnesium silicate polymetallic ore.%蛇纹石、滑石、绿泥石等镁硅酸盐矿物常对硫化矿浮选造成不利影响.因其特殊物理性质,使得不同镁硅酸盐矿物,其选矿特征与抑制方法也不相同.国内对硫化矿中镁硅酸盐矿物影响的研究主要集中在铜镍硫化矿中,并且镁硅酸盐通常是以共伴生组合的形式出现,不同的镁质硅酸盐矿物组合与不同的多金属硫化矿生成,造成各矿区独有的选矿特征与表现,增加了浮选分离的难度.本文通过文献查阅,对蛇纹石、滑石、绿泥石的基本性质、可浮性以及抑制剂和抑制手段进行了综述,意在针对不同的矿物性质和组合可以有针对性的选择有效的抑制剂进行抑制.本文还对含镁硅酸盐矿物的多金属矿选矿工艺进行了综述,为以后镁硅酸盐型多金属矿的选矿工艺研究提供了一定的参考价值.
