江西某铜硫钨多金属矿是我国大型的矽卡岩型白钨矿床,原矿中含Cu 0.11%、S 2.95%、WO30.75%,其主要金属矿物是黄铜矿、磁黄铁矿和白钨矿.通过多种选矿工艺流程探索试验,确定采用磁选脱硫-铜硫混合浮选-白钨浮选工艺流程,产出硫精矿、铜精矿及白钨精矿,获得的闭路试验指标为:硫精矿含S 30.16%,回收率77.58%;铜精矿含Cu 18.28%、回收率76.83%;白钨精矿含WO3 66.04%,回收率81.67%,达到综合回收的目的.%Certain Cu-S-WO3 ore in Jiangxi is a typical Chinese large skarn-type scheelite deposit,which contains Copper 0.11%,S 2.95% and WO3 0.75%.The main valuable metals are chalcopyrite,pyrrhotite and scheelite.To make good use of the metals in the ore,systematic experiments were carried out.Finally,the flowsheet of magnetic separation desulphurization-Cu-S bulk flotation-scheelite flotation process was adopted.The results of closeddcircuit test are as follows:the sulfur concentrate of S 30.16%with recovery 77.58%,the copper concentrate of Cu 18.28%with recovery 76.83% and the scheelite concentrate of WO3 66.04%% with recovery 81.67% were obtained,reaching the aim of comprehensive utilization.
