低温液相法合成甲醇用新型Cu-Cr-Si催化剂的研制研制

         

摘要

用络合共沉淀法制备Cu-Cr-Si催化剂,并考察制备条件的变化对催化剂活性的影响。助剂Si的质量分数为16.7%,沉淀时溶液的pH为6.0,沉淀温度为50°C,老化温度为20°C。研究结果表明,在350°C、N2气氛中焙烧制得的催化剂,在间歇式反应釜中考察其反应活性,时空产率可达到185烈h.L),且没有甲酸甲酯等副产物生成。%When silica was added into Cu-Cr catalysts, a significant promotion in the activity for the methanol synthesis at lower temperature in slurry-phase was observed. The influences of preparation parameters were investigated. The calcination in an inert N2 atmosphere was better than that in air, a better dispersion of the Cu+ active centers could be obtained. With thernCu-Cr-Si new catalyst, a methanol STY of 185 g/(h.L) could be achieved at 110°C, 4.5 MPa.
