天然气管道可靠性研究进展

         

摘要

With the continuous development of gas pipeline transportation technology in China, requirements over pipe transportation safety and gas supply capacity are increasing.This paper systematically summarizes the current research in the field of natural gas pipeline reliability from the point of structural reliability and supply reliability.For the structural reliability, the development process of the natural gas pipeline system reliability evaluation method and its application to the pipeline design management are summarized.For the supply reliability, evaluation methods based on the integrity statistics and hydrodynamic simulation are introduced.Finally, key problems about the development of natural gas pipeline system reliability are analyzed briefly.%随着我国天然气管道输送技术的不断发展,对输气安全性及供气保障能力的要求日益剧增.本文较为系统地总结了当前天然气管道可靠性领域的研究进展,从结构可靠性和供气可靠性两方面介绍了天然气管道可靠性研究的发展现状.对于结构可靠性,归纳了天然气管道系统可靠性评价方法的发展历程,及其在管道设计管理方面的应用;对于供气可靠性,介绍了基于完整性统计的评价方法和基于水力热力模拟的评价方法.最后,对天然气管道系统可靠性发展的关键性问题进行了简要分析.
