稠油油藏直平井组合立体开发实验研究

         

摘要

To study the SAGD development mode with the combination of vertical and horizontal wells in Du 84 block of Liaohe oilfield and improve oil displacement efficiency, physical simulation system with three-dimensional proportion of high-temperature and high-pressure is established and experiment is carried out.Through recording and processing real-time experiment data of temperature and pressure of survey points, the temperature field diffusion regularity within the model in the ideal state is achieved and the steam overlap phenomenon is found by observing the temperature field.Combining the curve of instantaneous oil recovery and water cut, the production of SAGD with the combination of vertical and horizontal wells is divided into: steam chamber development stage, steam thermal connecting stage, thermal fluid discharge stage, production decline stage.Mastering the changes of various parameters of the production curve and the temperature field diffusion regularity that can appear will provide theoretical and practical significance for guiding reasonable heavy oil development and development of technique policy for vertical-horizontal SAGD mode.%为研究辽河油田杜84块稠油油藏直井水平井组合SAGD开发模式,提高驱油效率,建立了高温高压三维比例物理模拟系统,进行三维模拟实验.通过实时记录和处理实验过程中各测点的温度和压力数据,得到理想状态下模型内温度场扩散规律,发现了蒸汽超覆现象.结合瞬时产油曲线和含水率曲线,可将直井水平井组合SAGD生产分为蒸汽腔发育、蒸汽热连通、热流体泄流和产量衰减四个阶段.掌握生产曲线中各参数的变化及温度场的扩散规律,对指导直井水平井组合SAGD方式下稠油的合理开发及制定开发技术政策具有一定的理论意义和现实意义.
