响应面法超声辅助提取优化蛇床子素工艺的研究

         

摘要

对独活中蛇床子素超声提取工艺进行了研究.在单因素实验的基础上,选取了对蛇床子素提取率影响较大的4个因素(温度、乙醇体积分数、提取时间和料液比).采用响应曲面分析法,建立了独活中蛇床子素提取的二次多项式数学模型,优化蛇床子素的超声提取最佳工艺条件,在温度64.63℃,乙醇体积分数73.18%,提取时间45.33 min,料液比20.67 mL/g条件下蛇床子素最大提取率达到0.987%.表明响应面法超声辅助提取优化蛇床子素工艺的研究方法简便、可靠.%The objective of this study was to research ultrasonic-assisted extraction of osthole from Radix Angelicae Pubescentis using response surface methodology on the basis of single factor experiment.Four influence factors,namely extraction temperature,extraction solvent,time and ratio of material to liquid were selected to investigate the extraction efficiency of osthole.The quadratic polynomial mathematical model was established by response surface methodology (RSM) to optimize ultrasonic extraction condition.The optimal conditions were as follows:64.63 ℃ as extraction temperature,73.18% aquesou ethanol as extraction solvent,20.67 mL/g as material/liquid ratio,with 45.33 min ultrasonication.Under these conditions,the maximal extraction yield reached 0.987%.The response surface methodology used for the optimization of ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions of osthole from Radix Angelicae Pubescentis was simple and reliable.
