Microblogging Event Initiator Detection plays an important role in the field of microblogging information filtering. In this paper weintroduce a new Event Initiator Detection technique, which based on microblogging content,time,link relationship. Given an event keyword, the technique is to automatically return the event initiator.In this paper, we described the system of Event Initiator Detection. We first filter some Microbloggings.Then, we calculated Initial weights and build a directed graph based on link relationships. Finally,we get Initiator Microblogging.At the same time, weanalyzed and compared the experimental results, verified the feasibility and accuracy.% 微博事件的源头发现在微博信息筛选中起着至关重要的作用。文章介绍一种基于微博文本内容、发表时间和微博之间链接关系的事件源头发现方法。基于此方法，给定某事件的关键字，可分析出该事件的源头微博。在文章中，对微博事件源头发现这一系统进行了描述，首先对所取到的相关微博进行筛选，再利用其微博本身所含信息，对所有微博进行初始权值计算，根据微博之间的链接关系构建有向图，计算最终权值并排序，发现源头微博。同时，文章还对实验结果进行分析比较，验证了方法的可行性和准确性。
