Through the analysis of little free library’s (LFL) characteristics such as small scale, low cost, service without time limit, this paper reveals a detailed description of the LFL’s development in our country, and a strategic SWOT analysis from four aspects which are opportunity, challenges, advantages and disadvantages. Also, it analyzes the possibility of an all-round development of LFL in our country. Finally, four strategies are put forward in order to develop LFL. Firstly, we should make an overall plan from point to surface, and widely publicized. Secondly, library should assist LFL’s development. Thirdly, we should integrate the social strength. Fourthly, the new media technology should be used to make the LFL library become the communication center.%基于对鸟巢图书馆规模小、成本低、服务时间无时限等特色的分析，论文详细地介绍了鸟巢图书馆在我国的发展情况，并用SWOT框架从机会、挑战、优势和劣势四个方面分析了其在我国全面发展的可能性，最后指出鸟巢图书馆在我国的发展四大策略：第一是统筹规划，以点带面，广泛宣传；第二是图书馆界协助鸟巢图书馆的建设；第三是整合社会各界力量；第四是利用新媒体技术，让网络中鸟巢图书馆成为交流中心。
