详细论述了单体铸造活塞环金相组织中枝晶间石墨的形成机理及其对活塞环性能的影响,分析了国内外活塞环金相标准中对枝晶间石墨控制的异同点,提出了适应汽车和摩托车要求的活塞环金相组织对枝晶间石墨含量的控制范围,为制定汽车和摩托车单体铸造活塞环金相检验标准提供了参考.%This paper discussed the formation mechanism of graphite between dendrites in the metallurgical structure of monomer-casting piston rings and the effect to piston ring.The similarities and differences of graphite-limit of piston rings metallographic standard at home and abroad were analyzed.The paper raised the range of the graphite-limit for the requirements of autos and motorcycles,which also provided a reference for formulating the metallographic inspection standards for monomer-casting piston rings of autos and motorcycles.
