为了解决ZJ17卷烟机水松纸胶缸供胶过程中出现的溢胶的问题，重新改造了水松纸供胶系统，拆除原有的球阀机构，安装了气动隔膜泵。改进后，应用效果较为明显，水松纸胶缸供胶没有再出现胶缸溢胶或无胶的故障，实现了供胶系统的免维护，降低了设备的维修时间，提高了卷烟设备的运行效率。%In order to solve the ZJ17 Cigarette Machines cypress paper glue appeared in the process of cylinder for adhesive glue, reinvent the water-paper glue supply system, dismantling the original bal valves, Air Operated Diaphragm Pump instal ed. After the improvement, application effect is more apparent, cypress paper glue for plastic didn’t appear plastic cylinder glue or without glue failure, realized the supply system of free maintenance, reduces the maintenance time of equipment, improve the effective cigarette equipment operation efficiency.
