Objectives To recall and analyssis 55 cases scrot u m patients detected by color doppler ultrasound(CDU).Methods Keep patients supine，Scaning directly on the scrotum with explorer.Re sults Among 55 cases patients，having checked up 8 cases testicular inj uries，testicular tumor 6 cases，epididymis and testicular tuberculsis 5 cases， te sticular and epididymis inflammation 25 cases，epididymis cyst 11 cases.Conclusions CDU can show the configuration change of scrotum structu re and the blood dynamic change.It has became a non-lesion and sensitive diagnos tic tool.%目的 对应用CDU检查的55例有完整资料的阴囊疾病进行回顾性分析。方法 患者取仰卧位，将探头直接置于阴囊上扫查。结果 55例检出睾丸损伤8例，睾丸肿瘤6例，附睾、睾丸结核5例，睾丸、附睾炎25例，附睾囊肿11例。结论 CDU既能显示阴囊的形态改变，又能反映血流动力学的变化，成为阴囊无创、敏感的诊断工具。
