压缩机吸气消声器腔室密封性对传声损失的影响分析

         

摘要

以某压缩机吸气消声器为研究对象进行研究.该消声器为四腔结构,含有两个共振腔,两个扩张腔.针对各腔之间存在泄漏问题进行仿真分析与实验验证,采用有限元声学软件分析其传声损失,并在半消音室中进行压缩机噪声测试.对比分析发现,两共振腔之间泄漏会导致共振腔失效,两扩张腔之间泄漏会导致扩张腔传声损失下降,扩张腔与共振腔之间泄漏会导致共振腔消声频率增大,扩张腔消声频率减小.如果两个泄漏的腔分别连接消声器进出口,则所有腔消声峰值都会消失,传声损失大幅下降.%The suction muffler of a compressor is researched. The muffler has 4 cavities, 2 of them are resonant cavities and the others are expanding cavities. The leakages of the cavities are studied by numerical simulation and experimental verification. The LMS Virtual.lab code is used to analyze their sound transmission loss, and the compressor's noise is tested in a semi-anechoic room. Comparative study shows that the leakage between the two resonant cavities can cause both of them to fail, the leakage between the two expanding cavities can cause their sound transmission losses to decrease, and the leakage between expanding cavity and resonant cavity can cause the noise eliminating frequency of the resonant cavity to increase and the noise eliminating frequency of expanding cavity to decrease. If two leak cavities are connected to the inlet and outlet of the muffler respectively, the noise elimination peaks of all the cavities will disappear and the sound transmission loss will be dramatically reduced.
