行星齿轮减速器故障动力学模拟和特征提取

         

摘要

Although planetary gear transmission has been widely applied, it breaks down very often so that a fault diagnosis and prediction mechanism is necessary. In this paper, a flexible-rigid coupled model for a marine planetary gear transmission system was established to simulate different function faults. The fault information extracted from the model shows that the fault gathers system energy around the main peak and results in sideband shift. Different fault has a different modulation. The results can guide the operation of planetary gear transmission.%行星齿轮减速器虽广泛应用,但其故障率较高,对此建立一诊断机制成为难点。构建船用行星齿轮减速器刚柔耦合动力学模型,并设置常见故障进行仿真。故障特征信号对比分析表明,故障使得系统能量集中于信号主峰边频,并使边频发生偏移,不同故障机制调制效果不同。这对行星齿轮减速器良好运行起到很好的指导作用。
