对自2005年至今的国内大量公路建设项目环评、竣工环保验收和道路交通噪声研究过程中积累的噪声监测数据进行统计分析。形成对中国农村噪声污染现状的基本判断，识别出主要的噪声污染源为交通噪声。以问卷调查的形式了解农村居民对噪声问题的关注度，从环境监测机制，现行降噪措施效果和特点、实施情况等几个方面分析目前农村声环境污染防治存在的主要问题，并提出几点改进农村噪声污染治理的建议。%Based on statistical analysis of a large number of environmental assessments and completion check-up of do-mestic highway construction projects, and the accumulation of traffic noise monitoring data in the research process since 2005, the essential judgment of the current situation of noise pollution in domestic rural areas was obtained. The main pollu-tion source of noise was recognized to be the traffic noise. The attention-degree of rural residents to the noise pollution prob-lem was investigated by questionnaire and interview. The main problems in rural noise pollution control were discussed in the aspects of the environmental monitoring mechanism, the effect and characteristics of the present measures of noise reduc-tion, the implementation of the noise control measures, etc. Some improvement suggestions of rural noise pollution control were put forward.
